Hi, we are Studiko!

Hey, I’m Ly — a 23-year-old Biomedical Engineering student in Groningen. I wasn’t always a top student; I struggled through high school and even started university in a different major that didn’t quite fit. Switching to Biomedical Engineering was part of a bigger shift in how I approached learning. I began exploring how studying and mental health are connected, and it changed everything — I started studying more effectively and with less stress. I realized that success in studying isn’t about talent, but about understanding how your brain works and adapting your methods. That’s why we started Studiko — to help others discover better ways to learn and grow.
